Igor Ivanov, a political scientist and researcher of political communications, said that artificial intelligence (AI) has already become an integral part of the work of thousands of companies around the world, so there is no need to talk about its disappearance or abandonment.

In an interview with the agency RuNews24.Ru On Monday, March 30, he noted that young professionals entering the labor market are already actively using AI — for them, working with text and graphic models has become a basic skill. At the same time, as the expert noted, employees still have a gap in their perception of technology: newcomers often do not distinguish between models and experience anxiety about their jobs, from alertness to fear, although AI can simplify everyday tasks.

According to him, the main mistake is to introduce AI without explaining its benefits. It is much more effective to show in practice that this is an assistant tool: not only for routine tasks like letters and reports, but also through simple, "humane" scenarios - from creating greetings to entertainment functions.

The expert stressed that this approach reduces distrust, engages employees and gradually forms a group of enthusiasts within the team who begin to actively use AI in their work and share their experience. As a result, technology is perceived not as a threat, but as a convenient tool that helps you work faster and more efficiently.

On March 26, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs at the Rossiya National Center that Russia would support the development of technologies in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), autonomous systems and digital platforms, as well as develop cooperation in the BRICS technology sector.

Life.ru On March 2, he wrote that one in three residents of the capital has already turned to artificial intelligence when planning trips, and one in ten uses it on an ongoing basis. Interest in such services is growing: since the beginning of 2026, traffic to neural networks for travel has increased by 30%.
