One victim of a fire at the Scarlet Sails Yacht Club in northwest Moscow is being examined by medics. This was announced on March 30 by a source of Izvestia.

The published footage shows black smoke spreading around the scene and the fire zone itself.

As the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the capital added, three boats are burning on the banks of the Moscow River, and measures are being taken to extinguish the fire.
