An eyewitness told about the inaction of the mother of a child who fell out of a window in the Moscow region

The mother of the boy who fell out of the window of an apartment on the second floor in the village of Oktyabrsky near Moscow did not appear for more than half an hour. An eyewitness told Izvestia about this on March 30.

The woman saw the child when she went to work at the store. A two-year-old boy was standing on the roof of a house.

"He was silent, he didn't cry. <...> They climbed to the second floor and took off the child. They called the police and an ambulance. The mother never showed up. The boy was cold all over, we took him to the store first, warmed him up. He was calm, not scared, but he was cold," she said.

According to the interlocutor, the child was not injured as a result of the incident. According to her, the boy's mother did not show up for more than half an hour and came when an ambulance and police officers arrived at the scene.

The fact that a two-year-old child fell out of an apartment window in Lyubertsy became known earlier that day. A criminal case was opened into the incident under Article 118 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing serious harm to health by negligence").
