The Ministry of Finance is discussing stopping payments for Apple services from a mobile phone account

The Ministry of Digital Development has discussed with telecom operators the possibility of suspending payments for Apple services from a mobile phone account as a measure to force the American company to return Russian applications to the AppStore. This was reported on March 30 by the TASS news agency, citing a source in the Russian government.

"At a meeting with the big Four on March 28, the Ministry of Finance discussed the possibility of temporarily suspending payments for Apple services from a mobile phone account in order to force the technology giant to return Russian services to the AppStore," the source said.
