Russians most often search on the portal "Gramota.ru" the correctness of stress in complex words. This was announced on March 30 by the press service of the platform.
According to experts in a conversation with RBC, in 2025, compared with 2024, the number of requests for the words "sorrel" (+75.9%), "prettier" (+66.9%), "catalog" (+66.4%), "petition" (+65.2%), "wholesale" (+64.7%), "shoe" (+64.4%), "plum" (+62.8%).
