Forecaster predicted warm and sunny weather in Moscow
Warm and sunny weather without precipitation is expected in Moscow in the first half of this week. On March 30, Alexander Shuvalov, a weather forecaster, meteorologist and climatologist, told Izvestia.
According to the expert, the first half of the week will be sunny and non-stop.
"The second half of the week — there is a chance of light rains. It's mostly Thursday and Friday," he added.
The forecaster clarified that at the beginning of the week, daytime temperatures will be in the range from +13 to +18 degrees, and then they may drop closer to the lower limit — about +13 degrees.
Despite this, the temperature will still significantly exceed the climatic norm for this time of year, concluded Shuvalov.
Anatoly Tsygankov, head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Service's crisis Management Department, said on March 20 that stable warm weather, which had persisted in the capital region for the third week in a row under the influence of an anticyclone, would last until the end of the month.
