Reuters has learned about the possible creation of an oil consortium by the three countries.

Turkey, Egypt and Saudi Arabia have held talks in Pakistan on mediation in ending the conflict in Iran, as well as on resuming oil supplies through the Strait of Hormuz. This was reported on March 30 by the Reuters news agency, citing sources.

"Turkey, Egypt and Saudi Arabia may form a consortium to manage oil flows through the waterway, and have asked Pakistan to participate," the publication says.
