Bastrykin ordered to open a case after the conflict of teenagers in Zheleznogorsk
Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, ordered a criminal case to be opened after a conflict between teenagers in Zheleznogorsk, which ended with a shot from an air pistol. This was reported on March 29 in the press service of the Investigative Committee.
"The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed to open a criminal case based on information about the illegal behavior of a minor in the Kursk region. <...> The head of the department instructed Andrei Borisovich Gusev, head of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Kursk region, to open a criminal case and submit a report," the press service said in a statement.
