In the city of Taganrog, Rostov region, as a result of an air attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), a civilian was killed and another was injured. This was announced on Sunday, March 29, by the governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar.

"The air attack on Taganrog brought great grief — one man was killed, another was injured. Doctors are providing assistance," Slyusar wrote on his Telegram channel.
