The head of the DPR announced the continuation of fighting in the vicinity of the Red Estuary

On March 29, Denis Pushilin, the head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), spoke about the approach of units of the Russian Armed Forces to the Alexandrovka District.

"This settlement is one of the key nodes of the enemy's defense in front of Slavyansk itself. Therefore, the enemy is resisting there, which is predictable, but our units are steadily moving forward," the head of the republic said in a video message on his Facebook channel.

Pushilin stressed that fighting is also continuing in the vicinity of Krasny Liman, and the chances of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to hold the settlement are rapidly decreasing.
