Ushakov called the US proposals on Ukraine interesting
Washington has provided Moscow with several interesting, but currently impossible, proposals for resolving the conflict in Ukraine. This was announced on Sunday, March 29, by Yuri Ushakov, assistant to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"The United States has made a number of quite interesting proposals, but so far they have not been implemented," he said in an interview with Pavel Zarubin, a journalist at the Vesti news agency.
Ushakov noted that the considerations of the American side, in his opinion, are useful.
Three days earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov reiterated that the so-called "Anchorage spirit" remains in the negotiations on Ukraine. He added that this is observed even after the agreements reached by the Russian Federation and the United States were tried to disrupt by representatives of the European Union (EU) and NATO. At the same time, the head of the White House, Donald Trump, said that his administration was working very hard to put an end to the conflict in Ukraine, which, in his opinion, was beginning to calm down a little.
