The head of the European Diplomacy, Kaya Kallas, has read too few books and does not understand the meaning of diplomatic work. This was stated on March 29 by Kirill Dmitriev, special representative of the President of Russia for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), commenting on an article by the Axios portal about Callas' dispute with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio over pressure on the Russian Federation.
