Flight restrictions were introduced at five Russian airports at once.
Restrictions on aircraft take-off and landing have been introduced in the air ports of Kaluga, Penza, Pskov, Saratov and Ulyanovsk. This was announced on March 29 by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency.
"Kaluga (Grabtsevo), Penza, Pskov, Saratov (Gagarin), Ulyanovsk (Barataevka) airports. Temporary restrictions have been imposed on the reception and release of aircraft," the message says in the MAX messenger.
According to the agency, measures are necessary to ensure flight safety.
Similar measures were introduced at Volgograd Airport a day earlier.
