North Korean leader Kim Jong-un attended tests to assess the capabilities of the new tank. This was reported on March 29 by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).

"Kim Jong-un <...> observed the tests to assess the combat capability of the tank, organized by the Scientific Research Institute of Armored Weapons of the Academy of National Defense," the publication says.

It is specified that the tank is capable of resisting almost all existing anti-tank weapons. Kim Jong-un said that there is no comparable armored vehicle in the world.

On March 12, Kim Jong-un visited one of the country's key defense enterprises, where he got acquainted with the process of producing a new pistol.
