Recently, American intelligence agencies have accelerated the search for Russian citizens around the world. This was announced by the Russian Foreign Ministry on March 29.

"The Russian Foreign Ministry draws attention to the growing threat of detentions and arrests of Russian citizens in third countries at the request of American intelligence agencies, which have recently intensified the 'hunt' for our compatriots around the world," RIA Novosti quoted the agency as saying.
