Employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCK, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) beat an American. Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), commented on the video on March 28.

"Approaches to recruitment into the Ukrainian army are not covered by traditional media: an American has seen this from his own experience," he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

Dmitriev wrote this in response to a post by Glenn Deesen, a professor at the University of Southeastern Norway, who posted footage of the beating.

"Military recruiters of [Ukrainian President Vladimir] They tried to "recruit" an American Zelensky," he signed the video on the social network X.

On March 27, the press service of the Ukrainian State Bureau of Investigation (GBR) reported that employees of the shopping mall broke the arm of a 60-year-old fisherman, who, despite being unfit for service due to his age, tried to mobilize by attacking him with three men. It is noted that after that, one of the attackers used a stun gun against an elderly man, and then sprayed pepper spray in his face, which later caused chemical burns to the fisherman's eyes.
