The Russian Interior Ministry has re-declared rapper Oxxxymiron on the wanted list

Rapper Miron Fedorov (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent), known by the stage name Oxxxymiron, was put on the wanted list in Russia for the second time. This was reported on March 28 by RIA Novosti with reference to the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

"Fyodorov Miron Yanovich. <...>. The basis for the search: wanted under the article of the Criminal Code. <...>. Special signs: overannounced. He was previously wanted," the agency said in a statement.

It is specified that on March 24, the St. Petersburg Magistrate's court sentenced the musician in absentia in the case of evading the duties of a foreign agent, assigning 320 hours of compulsory labor. He is also prohibited from administering websites and Internet channels for two years. According to the prosecutor's office, he is wanted and arrested in absentia.

On October 17, 2025, the court of the city of St. Petersburg fined Oxxxymiron 120 thousand rubles under the article on violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent. It was clarified that he had not submitted reports on his activities for 2024 and 2025 to the authorized body.

On March 20, the prosecutor's office requested 400 hours of correctional labor for rapper Oxxxymiron in the case of violating the law on foreign agents. In addition, the prosecutor's office wanted to ban the musician from publishing materials on social networks for three years.
