Four people were injured in an attack by UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Belgorod region

A married couple, as well as two soldiers involved in the Orlan unit, were injured in an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Belgorod region. This was announced on Saturday, March 28, by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"The attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on our region continue. A married couple and two soldiers of the Orlan unit were injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

The head of the region clarified that the couple suffered at the moment when an FPV drone detonated in the courtyard of their house located in Shebekino. The man suffered a barotrauma, and his wife suffered a shrapnel wound to her back. The first victim was treated on the spot, and the second is being transported to Belgorod City Hospital No. 2.

The other two victims, Orlan fighters— were based in the village of Voznesenovka at the time of the attack. One of them received a mine explosion injury and shrapnel wounds and was hospitalized, while the second, who was sent for outpatient treatment, suffered barotrauma.

In addition, in the Belgorod region, according to Gladkov, multiple damage to infrastructure and vehicles was recorded.

A day earlier, Gladkov reported the death of a civilian and the injuries of two other men, one of whom was also an Orlan fighter. He offered condolences to the family and friends of the deceased, and also spoke about the condition of the victims.
