The draft is conducted using the "Unified Register of Military Registration", and citizens can receive a postponement without appearing at the draft commission. This was announced on March 28 by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia.
They also recalled that medical examinations, psychological selection and the granting of draft deferrals are now carried out for a whole year.
