Conscripted military personnel will not be involved in the tasks of a special military operation in Ukraine. This was announced on March 28 by Vice Admiral Vladimir Tsimlyansky, Deputy Head of the Main Organizational and Mobilization Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.

"I would like to note that conscripted military personnel will not be involved in the tasks of a special military operation," Tsimlyansky said.
