The head of the Ugandan People's Defense Forces, Muhuzi Kainerugaba, said on March 27 that two weeks would have been enough for the country to capture Tehran.
"It will take us no more than two weeks to capture Tehran," he said in a message on Twitter (ex. Twitter).
