Five people, including two children, were hospitalized in Yakutia after two cars collided on the Vilyu federal highway. This was reported on March 28 in the press service of the Prosecutor's office in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

The incident occurred in the Vilyuysky district on the 365th km of the highway. According to the agency's preliminary data, the driver, born in 2004, lost control of a Toyota Wish car and drove into oncoming traffic, where he collided with a Nissan Qashqai.

"As a result of the accident, the driver of the Toyota Wish was hospitalized with injuries, the passengers were a woman born in 1995, a girl born in 2007, two children born in 2016 and 2017," the press service said in a statement.

On March 24, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory reported that two people were killed in an accident involving a truck in the Rybinsk district. It was noted that the driver of the Chery Tiggo Pro Max car drove into the oncoming lane, and subsequently collided with a Mercedes Benz Actros truck.
