Russia's relations with the countries of the Persian Gulf and the Middle East have never been characterized by ultimatums and unwillingness to take into account each other's interests. This was announced on March 27 in an official statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Russia is ready to continue working with the Persian Gulf countries in the UN Security Council and resolve security issues in the Strait of Hormuz, the ministry said.
