Over the past day, the water level in the Ture River in Tyumen has increased by 5 cm. This is reported by the <url> news agency with reference to the Tyumen CGMS, a branch of the Ob-Irtysh UGMS Federal State Budgetary Institution.

Forecasters expect that at least 16 regions of Russia will face severe flooding due to the high volume of winter precipitation. Significant flooding is likely in the Central, Volga, Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts.
