One man was killed, and two others, including a fighter from the Orlan unit, were injured during attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Belgorod region using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on March 27 by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"A civilian was killed in the Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes, and two, including a fighter from the Orlan unit, were injured," he wrote on his MAX messenger channel.

The governor also announced a casualty in the village of Nezhegol in the Shebekinsky district. According to him, the man was overtaken by a drone at the moment when he was driving a vehicle. The self-defense fighters took the driver, who received multiple shrapnel wounds to the abdomen, to the local central district hospital (CRH). They helped him there. The victim's car was, as Gladkov added, damaged.

Another victim, as the governor added, turned out to be a fighter from the Orlan unit involved in the Robbery. During the attack, he received multiple shrapnel wounds to various parts of his body, and then, thanks to his colleagues, he was hospitalized in a local hospital. Subsequently, they want to transfer the wounded man to a Belgorod medical facility, where he will continue treatment.

Gladkov reported on the night of the same day that a woman and her seven-year-old daughter were injured in an attack by an AFU UAV on the village of Voznesenovka in the Shebekinsky district. The minor, as specified, received a mine explosion injury and a blind shrapnel wound to her leg, and her mother suffered barotrauma. The injured were taken to a local hospital, from where, according to the head of the Belgorod region, the child will later be redirected to the children's regional clinical hospital, and the woman to hospital No. 2 in Belgorod.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
