The builders have equipped sports and children's playgrounds and quiet recreation areas near the residential complex. Modern lighting and video cameras are installed around the complex. The building is conveniently located: from here to the stations "Stakhanovskaya" of the Nekrasovskaya metro line, Plushevo MCD-3 and Chukhlinka MCD-4 can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Nearby there are Plushevo and Raketa squares, as well as Kuskovsky Forest Park, schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, shops, sports clubs and cafes.
According to the Mayor of Moscow, the social infrastructure of the Ryazan region has changed significantly in recent years. In particular, the Nekrasovskaya metro line was extended with the opening of Okskaya and Stakhanovskaya stations. The bus stops Veshnyaki and Plushevo on MCD-3, as well as Chukhlinka on MCD-4, have also begun work. New urban land transport routes have been introduced, which has allowed residents to expand the number of options for moving around the city and significantly reduce travel time. In addition, a school and kindergarten were built in the area, polyclinics were renovated, repairs were carried out at the Moscow Children's Musical Theater "Generation" and the Central Library No. 106, as well as many streets, parks and courtyards were landscaped.. The construction of the 600-seat educational complex on Akademika Scriabina Street is currently underway.
