The FSB Public Relations Center showed a video of the detention of a resident of Ulyanovsk, suspected of committing high treason in the interests of the special services of Ukraine.

"The investigative Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Ulyanovsk region has opened a criminal case against the suspect under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("High Treason")," the department said.
