The capital's center for practical training "Professions of the Future" in the Pechatniki district invites residents to spring retraining programs. Classes will start in the coming days, and all courses are focused on developing the real skills needed for employment. This was reported on the portal on March 27. mos.ru .

"Muscovites can get an up—to-date specialty in a matter of weeks and significantly increase their income," said Andrey Tarasov, head of the Moscow Employment Service and the Professions of the Future Center.

Tarasov clarified that the center for "Professions of the Future" is a unique educational space in which the city's economy is modeled. According to him, there is a metro station with a real carriage, a full-size elevator shaft, an operating restaurant and a five-star hotel on the site of the center. In such conditions, as Tarasov emphasized, students can practice their skills on real equipment.

The Moscow Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population added that courses for electricians, bartenders, mechanical fitters, pastry chefs, electronic equipment installers, and food production line operators will start at the end of March. In April, training in digital printing operator, maid, tailor and cook programs will begin.

Participants will be able to practice their skills on modern equipment: students have at their disposal a full—size elevator shaft, an operating kitchen, a training hotel and other facilities that simulate real working conditions.

You can apply on the center's website. After completing the training, career mentors will help with employment — the center's partners include more than 3,000 employers. The training is available for adult Muscovites and residents of other regions.

Maria Agapova, HR manager of the Solar Staff freelance automation service, noted on January 27 that the shortage of professional skills is becoming one of the key factors determining the development of the labor market in the coming years. According to her, the shortage of skills directly related to technological development is most acute today.
