Ukraine has violated all possible international obligations, which fundamentally distinguishes its situation from the situation with Iran. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in an interview with France Television on March 26.

"The Islamic Republic of Iran has not violated any international obligations, including with regard to the Iranian nuclear program. <...> Ukraine has violated everything that can be violated, along with its Western patrons," the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry quoted him as saying.
