Roskomnadzor (RCN) has not received any decisions from the competent authorities providing for the blocking of the Duolingo platform for learning foreign languages. This was announced on March 26 by the press service of the department.

"Roskomnadzor has not received any decisions from authorized bodies to restrict access to the specified resource," the press service quoted TASS as saying.
