Vladimir Solovyov, a former journalist of the newspaper Kommersant, was put on the wanted list under a criminal article, and his name appeared on March 26 in the updated search database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
"He is wanted under the article of the Criminal Code," it says. The article for which the person involved is wanted is not specified.
