Dynamic development of production facilities is impossible without the availability of qualified specialists, which is why it is very important to train personnel for specific economic needs. This was stated to Izvestia on March 26 by the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov.

He noted that there is an increased interest among young people in working professions, as schoolchildren see good prospects by choosing appropriate areas. The secondary vocational education system is being actively modernized — according to the latest data, about 62.5% of ninth graders and about 10% of 11th grade graduates continue their studies at technical schools and colleges.

"The program is practice-oriented, there is our flagship project "Professionalism", which provides practical training with guaranteed employment. A college renovation program has been organized, new equipment, and, most importantly, high—quality education, which allows you to go to work immediately after college for a good salary," Kravtsov said.

He noted that enterprises are directly involved in the development of training programs and the organization of practical training.

"It's the economy <... It provides workers who will come to production facilities that will develop both small and medium-sized businesses, <...> and the economy of our country," the minister concluded.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a meeting in the Kremlin with the governor of the Orenburg Region, Yevgeny Solntsev, on March 12, said that communication between students and teachers was necessary from the very first courses of study at universities.
