The new rules for money transfers, which will come into force next Wednesday, April 1, will not apply to individuals. This was announced on March 26 on the website of the press service of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

"The updated order does not contain any conceptual innovations and does not affect money transfer operations between individuals," the text says.
