- United Russia was able to achieve the inclusion of a farming co-op in the social gasification program
The United Russia Party was able, within the framework of the task set by Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2024, to achieve inclusion in the program of social gasification of residential buildings located on the territory of horticultural non-profit partnerships. This was reported on the party's website on March 26.
The results of two years of work on the project were the approval of schedules for social pre-certification in 71 subjects of the Russian Federation. During the designated time, the authorities accepted 76 thousand applications for consideration and concluded more than 64.9 thousand contracts.
In addition, regulatory requirements have been streamlined and technical regulations adapted to the specifics of farming co-ops, a guide to pre-gasification has been developed, coordination of documentation on property and land issues has accelerated, and administrative barriers have been reduced.
The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), Rosreestr and other agencies, the Union of Horticulturists of Russia with the Board of Directors for the Development of Horticulture and Horticulture, regional authorities and resource supply organizations participated in this work.
"For more than 205,000 households in horticultural associations, a technical connection opportunity is being created. 212 thousand households are subject to gasification according to schedule plans, and 112.7 thousand applications have been submitted for connection to gas distribution networks," the publication says.
Oleg Valenchuk, a State Duma deputy from United Russia, a member of the Russian Federation Committee on Ecology, Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, called the issue of social gasification a key element of the improvement and comfort of citizens, namely gardeners who spend most of their time on the territory of a farming co-op or live there permanently.
"The issue of social dogasification remains among the priorities and is under constant control of the Government Commission for the Development of Horticulture and Horticulture. We will continue to work in this direction to make the connection procedures as fast and understandable as possible for citizens," the politician said.
Valenchuk noted that the regional Centers of civil initiatives of United Russia have taken an important place in the work of the authorities on this issue. According to the deputy, representatives of relevant departments and gardeners themselves gathered at these sites, who conducted a direct dialogue. Such meetings, as the parliamentarian emphasized, helped build trust.
On March 23, United Russia announced the extension of the gasification program in Russia until 2030. By this time, it is planned to make over 1.6 million more connections. Vladimir Yakushev, Secretary of the General Council of United Russia, commenting on this information, stressed that now the presence of gas in the house, even in the most remote corners of the country, has become the norm. Sergey Gustov, CEO of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz, another member of the party, noted that since the very beginning of the program, citizens have been actively applying for gasification. According to him, at times it was necessary to process 5-6 thousand applications per week.
On February 18, Putin called for continued activities within the framework of social gasification together with representatives of the regions of the Russian Federation. The Russian leader noted that he was counting on the fulfillment of the planned plans and the implementation of the tasks set.
