The Kremlin expressed its bewilderment at the lack of EU reaction to Ukraine's blackmail.

The situation in which the EU countries are being blackmailed and attacked by Kiev in the context of energy infrastructure is deeply perplexing against the background of Brussels' silence. This was announced on February 26 by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.

"In general, of course, the situation is absolutely perplexing when, for example, members of the European Union are being blackmailed by energy, <...> insults (from Kiev — Ed.)," he said.
