The American Embassy announced the schedule of meetings of State Duma deputies in the United States.

The US Embassy in Moscow confirmed to Izvestia the meeting of Russian and American parliamentarians on March 26. A meeting with a delegation from the Federal Government will take place the next day.

"We can confirm meetings between members of Congress and Russian Duma deputies on March 26, 2026," said a U.S. Embassy official.

It is specified that the next day, on March 27, there will be a meeting with a delegation of the federal government, which will be held at the Donald Trump Institute of Peace.

Dmitry Novikov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma for International Affairs, told Izvestia that the deputies' visit to the United States was a response to an initiative by a group of American parliamentarians aimed at improving relations between Moscow and Washington.
