The militants of the assault units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Konstantinovka began to surrender due to poor security. This was announced on March 26 by a soldier of the 1442nd regiment of the 3rd Army Corps of the Yuzhnaya group of forces with the call sign Verum.
"Soldiers of the 5th separate assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to surrender in Konstantinovka, including due to exhaustion. Their command is unable to ensure the delivery of food and water to the brigade's positions," Verum told RIA Novosti.
