Soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed the temporary deployment point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region

Artillery crews of the Guards Parachute Regiment of the Ivanovo Guards Airborne unit from the Dnepr group of forces destroyed the temporary deployment point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the right bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson region. This was announced on March 26 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The ministry clarified that the calculation received a command to inflict fire damage on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. With precise hits, the gunners destroyed a temporary deployment point with enemy manpower located in shelters equipped in basements.

Thus, the fighters of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation disrupted the rotation of Ukrainian militants in frontline positions.

The gunners are firing at the enemy by interacting with reconnaissance units and units of unmanned systems (UAVs) troops. The adjustment of the fire of guns and the fixation of hitting targets, in real time, are performed by operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which makes it possible to destroy the enemy with minimal ammunition consumption.

"We work every day. According to the enemy's manpower, armored vehicles, dugouts, enemy positions," said the commander of the gun with the call sign Mats.
