The economist recalled the right of those who served in law enforcement agencies to two pensions

Russian citizens who served in the structures of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB and other law enforcement agencies can apply for two pension payments. This was announced on March 25 by Igor Balynin, Associate Professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Candidate of Economic Sciences.

"Persons who have been awarded pensions by the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Federal Security Service and a number of other authorities very often continue their work in civilian organizations. Insurance premiums are paid for them, and, accordingly, pension rights are formed for the appointment of an old—age insurance pension," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
