The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation has filed a new anti-corruption lawsuit against Magomed Kaitov, the former head of the Interregional Network Company of the North Caucasus (IDGC), from whom assets worth 14.6 billion rubles had previously been recovered. This was reported on March 25 by sources familiar with the contents of the relevant claim.
They told the RBC media holding that at the end of July last year, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office, the court converted into state income the securities of PAO "Stavropol Energosbyt", JSC "Stavropol City Electric Networks", JSC "Gorelektrosset" and JSC "Kislovodsk City Electric Networks" owned by Kaitov, the total value of which amounted to 14.3 billion rubles.
