Law enforcement officers have brought to administrative responsibility blogger Nikolai Vasilenko from Rostov-on-Don, who drove along the city embankment in a Ferrari car. This was announced on March 25 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.
