Diplomat Zhdanova announced the actual preparation of Europe for war with the Russian Federation

The European side is actually preparing for a full-scale clash with Russia. This was stated on March 25 by Yulia Zhdanova, head of the Russian delegation to the Vienna talks on military security and arms control.

"Previously voiced by the Russian delegation and the examples given now <...> steps of the NATO countries/The EU is forming a very disturbing and at the same time unpleasant mosaic — Europe is preparing a war," the diplomat said during a meeting of the OSCE Forum on Security Cooperation.

According to the diplomat, the states of the North Atlantic Alliance and the European Union are preparing a direct armed conflict with Moscow in the future for several years. This trend is reflected in military planning, exercises, an unprecedented increase in defense spending, the militarization of the economy and the "targeted processing of public opinion," Zhdanova noted.

Large-scale naval maneuvers in Finland began immediately after the completion of artillery firing there.

Armando Mema, a member of the Finnish Freedom Alliance party, said on March 20 that the European Union has turned into a "war machine" whose decisions to support Ukraine bring a direct clash with Russia closer. He also called for avoiding this escalation. Mema expressed confidence that Moscow will achieve all its goals and will be able to protect itself from NATO expansion.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on March 15 that EU leaders were preparing for war with Russia and did not want an end to the conflict in Ukraine. The head of government stressed that Hungarians know what war is and do not want a similar fate for their children.
