Entrepreneurs can purchase commercial premises in the Yakimanka district at city auctions. This was announced on Wednesday, March 5, by the press service of the Moscow Department for Competition Policy.

Kirill Purtov, Head of the department, noted that buying real estate in the historical center of the capital could be a strategically beneficial solution for business development. According to him, currently a non—residential premises for free use with an area of 198 square meters has been put up for auction, located near key attractions - the Moscow Kremlin, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, Gorky Park and the Tretyakov Gallery, which ensures high pedestrian traffic, the Moscow City News agency reports. He added that Polyanka, Tretyakovskaya and Novokuznetsk metro stations are nearby.

The object is located on the second floor of a two-storey building at 9 Staromonetny Lane, building 1, with a separate entrance from the first floor, writes Moscow 24. The building is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance, therefore, all work must be carried out according to an agreed project and under the supervision of the Moscow Department of Cultural Heritage.
