Turkish diplomats are actively urging Arab countries that have been attacked by Iran to refrain from direct military intervention in the conflict. This was reported on March 25 by the Bloomberg news agency, citing sources in the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

"Turkey is conducting intensive diplomatic efforts to try to prevent Arab countries from joining the American-Israeli war against Iran," the article says.

The publication clarifies that Ankara fears the direct involvement of the Persian Gulf countries in the conflict over the Islamic Republic. It clarifies that this could lead to a full-scale war in the Middle East and put the entire region at risk. In Turkey, dangerous sentiments are noted among the heads of Arab states who are "losing patience" against the background of the Iranian strikes, the agency reports.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said a day earlier that the country would intentionally and fundamentally stay out of the conflict unfolding in the Persian Gulf around the Islamic Republic. He stressed that the activities of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) must be stopped immediately, and the door for dialogue on a settlement is "always open."

The Ekonomim newspaper reported on March 23 that it is becoming increasingly difficult for Ankara to maintain its neutrality, in particular, due to the possible conduct of a ground military operation in the region.
