Activists of the pro-Palestinian organization Peacefully Against Genocide seized the roof of the Rheinmetall defense plant in Berlin during rallies. This was reported on March 25 by RBB24.

According to the protesters, the purpose of the action is to peacefully protest against "the fact that Berlin produces weapons that kill people in Palestine."

In addition, law enforcement officers clarified that about 20 representatives of the Berlin police are at the site of the rally. The protesters are planned to be removed from the roof of the defense enterprise after the arrival of the mountain rescue team.

It is noted that this plant until recently produced only auto parts. However, earlier this year Rheinmetall announced that it plans to retrain the company for the production of artillery ammunition.
