A special military operation to protect the civilian population of Donbass has been conducted by Russia since February 24, 2022. Two Israeli-made RADA counter-battery warfare stations, an electronic warfare station, an ammunition depot and six material depots were destroyed.

The military personnel of the Zapad group of forces have taken more advantageous positions and positions. The Armed Forces of Ukraine's manpower and equipment were defeated in the DPR. The Ukrainian formations lost up to 180 soldiers, five armored combat vehicles, 30 vehicles, three artillery pieces and a Czech-made Vampire multiple rocket launcher combat vehicle. An electronic warfare station and four ammunition depots were destroyed.

As a result of active and decisive actions, the southern group of troops liberated the settlement of Nikiforovka in the DPR. The Ukrainian Armed Forces units were defeated in the settlements of the DPR. The enemy lost up to 200 men, three armored combat vehicles, 10 vehicles, and eight field artillery pieces, including two manufactured by NATO countries. Three electronic warfare stations, three ammunition depots and a fuel depot were destroyed.

The Center group of troops improved the situation along the front line and hit the manpower and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a number of settlements of the DPR and the Dnipropetrovsk region. The losses of the Ukrainian armed forces amounted to up to 300 militants, a tank, two armored personnel carriers, six armored fighting vehicles, 10 vehicles and two field artillery guns. A radar station and an ammunition depot were destroyed.

The military personnel of the Vostok group of forces continued to advance into the depth of the enemy's defenses and defeated the formations of two mechanized, two amphibious assault, two assault brigades, four assault regiments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a marine brigade in the areas of settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region. The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 330 people, two armored combat vehicles, six vehicles and two artillery pieces. The US-made AN/TPQ-48 counter-battery radar and an ammunition depot were destroyed.

Units of the Dnepr group of forces defeated the manpower and equipment of the mountain assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the marine brigade and the air defense brigade in the Zaporizhia and Kherson regions.

Tactical aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles, missile forces and artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation defeated the assembly shops of long-range unmanned aerial vehicles and their launch sites, energy facilities used in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ammunition and fuel depots, as well as temporary locations of Ukrainian armed forces and foreign mercenaries in 149 areas.

Air defense systems shot down three US-made HIMARS multiple rocket launchers, four long-range guided missiles "Neptune" and 543 unmanned aerial vehicles.

According to the Ministry of Defense, since the beginning of the special military operation, 671 aircraft, 284 helicopters, 127465 unmanned aerial vehicles, 652 anti-aircraft missile systems, 28475 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1693 multiple rocket launchers, 34067 field artillery guns and mortars, 57766 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed.
