Employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB) detained a 21-year-old Russian who was preparing a terrorist attack at the training base of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Novorossiysk. This was announced on March 25 in the press service of the regional department.

Criminal proceedings were initiated in accordance with Part 1 of Article 30, paragraph "b" and Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Terrorist act").
