The Kremlin pointed to Turkey's ability to warn Ukraine against recklessness
Ankara has enough influence on the Kiev regime to prevent its "reckless actions," including attacks on energy infrastructure facilities. This was announced on March 25 by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.
The Kremlin's official representative stressed that Moscow is in constant contact with the Turkish side on this issue.
"We are constantly conveying concerns to our Turkish colleagues about the increasing threat to the gas infrastructure of the Turkish Stream and the Blue Stream. We are convinced that Turkey can use its influence on the Kiev regime to warn against reckless actions," Peskov explained.
Peskov said on March 20 that the Kiev regime must unconditionally stop the energy blackmail of other countries. The day before, he noted that Kiev's thoughtless actions are capable of destabilizing the energy situation.
