Law enforcement agencies stopped a series of terrorist attacks on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services, four teenagers were detained. This was announced on March 25 by the FSB's Public Relations Center.
"In the Moscow region, the activities of four minors who committed arson attacks on transport infrastructure, communications and the credit and financial system on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services were suppressed," the report said.
