Washington's refusal to support initiatives to help Ukraine is linked to the position of European leaders on the conflict in Iran. The British newspaper The Telegraph wrote about this on March 25.
"If Europe has nothing but cliches to offer, <...> it should not be surprised when Washington turns out to be equally uninterested in supporting initiatives regarding Ukraine," the article says.
